Constitutional Governance
- âĸ All constitutional changes require a 2/3 majority vote at the Annual General Meeting
- âĸ Amendments must be proposed 30 days before voting
- âĸ The Constitution supersedes all other NMSF governance documents
- âĸ Members have the right to request constitutional reviews annually
