Sporting Regulations

All competitions are governed by a set of rules that guide, among other things, the permit process, safety rules and guidelines, the running of the event, and much more. These are called the Sporting Regulations and the subsequent Supplementary Regulations that accompany them.

​These Sporting Regulations, Standing Supplementary Regulations, and their appendices encourage and facilitate Motor Sport in Namibia. They will never be enforced to prevent or impede competition or a competitor's participation, save where the NMSF concludes that this is necessary for the safe, fair, or orderly conduct of Motor Sport in Namibia.
